Our carbon fiber square tubes are manufactured by using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. With layers of fibers oriented at different angles, the square tubes can be designed with an out ply of twill weave or plain weave. And dependent on the number of layers, we can make the square tubes in various thickness for specific applications. The fundamental attributes in these carbon fiber tubes are their high specific strength and stiffness coupled with lightweight. An attractive and amazing appearance is also presented for the fabricated carbon fiber materials. In case of requirement for high stiffness, weight sensitive tubes, our high modulus options are available too.
